Description
Pillow Plates, also called dimpled plates or thermo plates, consists of two stainless steel sheets that are
laser welded together by welding a custom circle weld pattern. Then the plate is inflated by using water
pressure, which creates a specific single or double embossed profile - the pillow plate, through which the
cooling or heating is conducted. The thickness and the spot pattern are determined by the pressure
requirements.

This machine is able to produce Pillow Plates which can be used for a large range of products, such as;
heat exchangers, filter housings, falling film, square containers, cooled containers, offen walls, climate
chambers, ice accumulators, pipes, heated or cooled vibration feeders and in cylindrical tanks, as well as
in tanks of other shapes and designs. They can also be used for various industries for example food and
beverage industries and other food-making and process industries.



Fiber Laser Source Features:
1. Long lifetime, high precision, pump source lifetime more than 100,000 hours.
2. Beam quality is excellent, non-Gaussian light, multi-module fiber transmission.
3. Maintenance-free operation, direct laser beam output without and lens and mirror, No need do
alignment after transport.

4. Low cost of use, almost no consumptive material, daily maintenance-free,reducing the cost of
debugging when production line stops.

5. Power consumption is about 1/3 compare with CO2 laser source.
6. Laser cooling power is less than CO2 laser.
7. Operate cost is very less compare with CO2 laser.
8. No need use any medium gas,do not like CO2 laser need use mixed gas.
9. Can use Argon Nitrogen as the surface protection gas, no Helium needed.
