We manufacture a comprehensive range of high-precision laser beam expanders, designed to be compatible with most laser types. Our product portfolio caters to diverse applications, from compact waveguide lasers to high-power multi-kilowatt industrial laser systems. Additionally, a modular product range is offered to provide flexibility for experimental and laboratory purposes, supporting various optical configurations.
Key Specifications & Construction:
Constructed to meet exacting optical standards, our beam expanders utilize BK7 fine annealed glass for critical components, ensuring excellent thermal stability and wavefront fidelity. The optical elements feature stringent specifications, including a diameter tolerance of -0.1mm, thickness tolerance of ±0.1mm, and a surface flatness of λ/4. The surface quality is maintained at 60-40 scratch-dig, and all coatings are high-performance HR dielectric types with a reflectivity (R) greater than 99% to maximize throughput and minimize power loss.
1. CO2 Laser Beam Expanders (10.6μm)
This category includes two primary designs: fixed and adjustable beam expanders. Fixed models have a pre-set, immutable lens spacing for a specific expansion ratio. In contrast, adjustable models allow for user modification of the internal lens separation, enabling fine-tuning of the beam expansion. The lenses are manufactured from Zinc Selenide (ZeSe), a material optimally transparent at the 10.6μm wavelength, and the design inherently allows for the passage of red pilot light for easy beam alignment.
2. Nd:YAG Laser Beam Expanders (1064nm, 532nm & 355nm)
These beam expanders are engineered for the fundamental and harmonic wavelengths of Nd:YAG lasers. We specialize in providing customized solutions, offering tailored beam expanders with different expansion ratios, specific wavelengths, and mechanical dimensions upon request to seamlessly integrate into specialized applications.
